Tips and strategy

  • Aim at the nearest threat first in Spell Shout; letting one slip through costs more than a missed shot.
  • Play Spell Shout in a quiet room, then try it at a party — the louder the crowd, the funnier it gets.
  • Replay Spell Shout a few times: each run teaches you the patterns, and scores usually double after the first five games.

Device requirements and privacy

Spell Shout needs a microphone — the one built into your phone, laptop or headset is enough. Allow microphone access when asked; the sound is analysed live in your browser and never uploaded.
