ZappyDude (zappydude.com) is managed by Shri Siyaram Enterprise.
By using ZappyDude you agree to these terms. The portal offers browser HTML5 games (played on the website only; games are not downloadable) and optional voluntary donations ("Buy Me a Coffee"). Games are provided for entertainment; availability may change.
Accounts
You must provide accurate login information and keep your account secure. Admins may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat or violate law.
Donations
Free games stay free. Donations ("Buy Me a Coffee") are voluntary, unlock nothing, and are never required to play.
Payments made here are voluntary contributions to support the developer for infrastructure, hosting, and keeping the platform running. These are not tax-exempt donations under Section 80G or global non-profit laws, and are processed as business income for software services.
Premium subscription
- Premium — ₹49 / month in India · USD $4.99 / month elsewhere (one plan, price set by your location, billed by Razorpay; for USD billing your bank may show the INR equivalent and add conversion fees). Includes an ad-free experience (no ads in any game or on the site), game recording up to 4K, no ZappyDude watermark on recordings (optionally your own name/handle) and a golden name with a Premium badge.
- Auto-renew: the subscription renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from your Profile. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, Premium may pause until payment succeeds.

AR / camera games
AR titles need a camera for the best experience. Processing happens on your device. You are responsible for your surroundings while playing and for any device permissions you grant.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer payment flows, attack the service, upload malware, or use the site for illegal activity. Content is owned by ZappyDude or its licensors.
AI-created content & intellectual property
All games on ZappyDude are created with the help of AI tools. Game names and designs are original and ZappyDude is not affiliated with any other game, developer or trademark owner. Third-party open-source software and openly licensed assets are used under their licenses, listed on our Credits page. To report a rights concern, use our Contact page.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
